We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your order number and details of your purchase. When the product is picked up by our delivery partners, tracking details will be provided to you so you can stay updated on the delivery status.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the carrier. If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact the carrier for further information.
There is a flat shipping fee for all international orders, which can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order-related emails. This charge is non-refundable if an item is returned. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

We only accept returns on our garments if the product was damaged upon arrival. Please refer to size charts and product measurements before placing an order, as we are unable to process exchanges or returns for size changes. To initiate a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with relevant images and information about your order. We will process an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, and in the original packaging with all the items in the box. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that returns sent to us without prior request will not be accepted.
Please note that FETUS products are often oversized and unisex, so be sure to refer to size charts before placing an order. We are unable to facilitate size exchanges once an order has been placed.
