✦ The expenditure for the tattoo shall not exceed INR 8,000 per individual.
✦ Participation in this edition is restricted to a maximum of seven (7) individuals, determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
✦ The participant is required to document the process of receiving the tattoo and provide the footage to us.
✦ A copy of the invoice for the tattoo services must be submitted to us for reimbursement.
✦ Should the participant opt for a custom design incorporating the specified motif, such design must be submitted to us for approval prior to the tattoo appointment.
✦ Post-tattoo care and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the participant.
✦ We shall not be liable for any infections, health risks, or adverse effects arising from the tattoo procedure.
✦ Subject to the participant’s consent, images or videos depicting the tattoo may be utilized for marketing purposes by us.
✦ We will handle the shipment of the garment. We shall not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by the shipping partner.
✦ All participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
